An Award of Distinction

On May 19 /06, Dr. Nienkirchen received the 'Award of Distinction' for 'Internationalizing the Teaching and Learning Practice' from the Alberta Government Ministry of Advanced Education.  This award was presented in recognition of the outstanding contribution which the 'Down Ancient Paths' educational travel study program has made to the globalization of post-secondary education in the Province of Alberta.  The competition was open to all the faculties of Alberta's universities, colleges and institutes.
